After a joyous short break for the Chinese Lunar New Year, Grandtag is getting busy; it has shifted into high gear again to engage in active interactions with partners on marketing.
Grandtag’s new program for 2011 - Property Banking – has been on the go with a series of roadshows and seminars. Operational details that include the clearance of Governmental regulations, identification of target projects, locations and positioning, have been all properly set down. |

January 2011 - <Grandview Quarter 1, 2011>
After concluding a series of important yet exciting events in the fourth quarter, which was capped with a two-day intensive year-end workshop in mid-December for Grandtag’s directors & managers, we bid 2010 goodbye with an appreciation in the heart.
At the end of October, the fourth Ontario Land banking exploration trip was undertaken for Grandtag partners and distributors from South Korea, Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong and other Asian regions to conduct a site visit in Canada. To our honor that joining the trip was a veteran Taiwan Commercial Times journalist, who filed a report of the field expedition and shared her findings on Land Banking with readers in the Greater China region. |

Buffeted by a string of bad news, counting in the hostage tragedy in the Philippines, the landslide disaster in Zhouqu, the massive forest fire in Russia and the lackluster economic recovery in the US, all that have contributed to our collective discomfort and sadness: the global prospect appears melancholic. But a silver lining around the dark cloud shines through, seeing the economy in the Asian region running vibrantly despite a growing real estate bubble; governments have been stepping up measures to effect a gradual deflation of the housing bubble. However, amid the low interest rate regime around the globe, more policy tightening is needed to cool things down... |
