  • An extension certificate of Title Insurance to protect its owners from any title defects

The project will be actively managed by the professionals from the Land Banking company to advance the rezoning process with the goal of taking the project to maturity within the investment horizon.

Concept Planning & Rezoning

Activities involving surveys and studies are conducted in conjunction with a concept plan that proposes the best use of the land. A draft plan is to be submitted to the government; once approved, the new zoning designation of the land will be adapted into the city/town's zoning by-laws.

Exit/ Sale

Any offer from developers will be presented to the land owners for voting. Proceeds will be distributed to the investors according to their fractional share of interest on the land.
